Waitwant

Long haul
Waitwant
Stop
Mend
The deep cut will need stitches
Stitch
Don't itch, itch, itch!

Wonderful wonder of men pass like butterfly wings
                                               fluttering
                                         shimmering
                           in the wind

Blowing through

Waitwant
A peice,
        part,
            chunk
Of me   -  you  -  us

Bunnies with butterfly wings float through the sky
         Cloud    Hopping

Waitwanting just a touch of rain
to cool of the summer heat

Please serve extra crispy
extra tasty

Delicious lips lick fingertips and politely ask for more

Best to leave a good taste

Waitwanting more
                  More
                    MORE

The long haul, a trip taken
once
twice
thrice

Unwaitwant
Playback in reverse speed to find the hidden message sent only to you

Through the blue sky blue

Transmitting intergalactic baby steps through videos on the moon
Full
Round
Luminous

We have the same moon stares
      Stars pepper the night sky

Waitwant
Company silent and still
          THE MOON LEAPS!!!
   Fait accompli

Galaxies conquered in a heartbeat
take a seat

Waitwant
through the long haul back to neverland
On one hand
     Eternal youth
On the other
     Eternally young

The good and bad all rolled up and roasted

Consume a meal fit for a...
prince
king
queen
president
prime minister
Wait says those sinister
Want says those dinnersters

Move
grove though the summer green grass
Moments that last
                    pass
                     past
                      past
Waitwant then
      To come again
                  and again
                           again

    I love poetry.

It can be whimsical or epic, unbearably long or just two memorable lines, mature and dark or light and childish.
