My grandmother's gone
She's lost to this world
Her body a vessel, left as a shell.
Now it is ash in the earth.
We miss her sparkling Love and JOY!
Her sense that all things are choice and decency is the good and right choice.
Making dirty jokes at the age of 90, she loved to laugh, smile, and dance.
Her young life, filled with high adventure.
Born in the Tropics beneath a South American Sun. A move when she was young. Amsterdam here she comes. The Hitler took control and the Family got out on the last boat out of harbor before the death took hold.
A New york arrival. South American childhood, Dutch education, American life.
For those begot by this great woman, whom the world is poorer to have past, we all miss you dearly.
All of our lives have been touched by your sense of right, choice, and truth.
My Nana, Edith Celine Fernanadez Steinitz has passed from this plain will indeed be missed.
Where one can relax
A place to unwind after a day full of task
So much to do, so little time
At the BigChillHouse,
One comes to unwind
Music that's mellow
A crowd that's ablaze
The BigChillHouse can clean out the haze
The chance it is coming,
So take a load off
The BigChillHouse accomodates hard and the soft
So come join the party, the fun and the games
At the BigChillHouse
It can all be arranged
Go looking and know, its not hard to find
Is all in the mind.
My fingers are having
One hell of a time
Computer is humming
My mind is buzzing
Connected in full
Again I am loving
To the WW Web
This is my newest
Joy be to connect
For friends to say Hi
I am glad my isolation
Has since passed on by
I love poetry.
