Still and Quiet

A thousand different voices wanting to be heard
My head a cacophony of sound
Not so interested in the loudest 
   But more the best
To hear it
   There must be some silence and space
Yoga and meditation can provide this place

This place of stillness where you can truly hear
Your heart's voice as it rings beautifully in your ear

And vibrates through both body and soul
It is this vibration that makes us whole

As I vibrate closer to the source
The thousand voices quiet of course
Then I can hear what lies behind
The great big mystery of my mind
