Your cosmic self awaits
We all share it!  We are each perfect and great

Built from the essence of stars we share in their light
In each of us it burns equally bright

Many have allowed theirs to become clouded and believe this means it is dim
But our bodies are merely a lens

We must clean off the muck of triviality in order to see clearer our reality

In order to allow our light to shine brightly and clear
We must not let our body consideration fall to the rear

Both on the outside but more essential within
If our digestion is poor and our breathing laboured we can't see anything!

Asana and meditation, pranayama and concentration.  
The perfection of the mind.  The purification of the body.

Morning salutation to bring in the light
Evenings of gratitude before sleep at night

The day spent productive in making the world better
Begin with thyself!

Each day a commitment to grow to a better you
This will allow your dreams to come true.

For our each reality lies dormant inside
Breath out a new world for us all to reside
