Gratitude always stays

Some days I awake feeling no so great

Physical pain, mental anguish, emotional stress
any of these button can press on my chest

Try not to react, try not to show, even try to laugh, but hold back the cry

Not everything so easy to shake
Even after my routines, feeling irate

and that's just fine
can't be happy every day
but gratitude
that always stays.
